eInstructors.Inc started in 2000 offering consulting services to educational institutions at the professional, college and university level, but is available to provide services to companies desiring online training to its employees.

Preferring to work with smaller colleges, schools, or companies, eInstructors.Inc is able to provide a more personal service where "hands-on" experience is recognized for the value it brings.

D. Kent Mulford, DO, MBA, owner and consultant for eInstructors.Inc, is a licensed osteopathic physician with over 30 years experience. Starting in Emergency Medicine he worked in Las Vegas, NV at the county hospital seeing a lifetimes volume of patients in a very short time. Dr. Mulford then returned to complete his residency in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Laboratory Medicine and is boarded in each. Then as the Medical Director of Hospice of Southern Illinois, Dr. Mulford experienced the challenges of end-of-life practice.

Following the hospice practice, Dr. Mulford completed his MBA and began work as the founding dean of the School of Health Management, of A.T. Still University of Health Sciences located in Kirksville, MO, the home of the original osteopathic college. Coming from a long line of osteopathic physicians (15 in his family), he was giving back to the institution that had provided his education and training.

Using his thesis as a model, he put into practice the theories proposed and in a little over 5 years he proved his success at the School of Health Management, an all online graduate school in Northeast Missouri. With over 430 national and international students at the time, the School was the first fully online (Internet) School of the University. Dr. Mulford planned, designed, implemented and managed the School through its infant years, leading it to a profitable outcome before pursuing other ventures.
